Amphenol FCI Industrial backplane connectors perform to industry standards like IEC 61076-4-101, IEC 61076-4-104, IEC 603-2, IEC 917, IEC 603-2, EN 45545 Telcordia GR-1217-CORE standards and fulfills Compact PCI (cPCI) bus architecture.

Complete range of Industrial Backplane Connectors

Amphenol FCI offers a wide range of modular industrial backplane connectors. The portfolio features 2.00 mm Millipacs® series hard metric connector, 2mm Metral® series future bus connector & 2.54mm DIN 41612 connector. Amphenol FCI industrial backplane connectors are featured with the 2-beam twisted tulip contact, which provides an equalized signal path, two contact points for reliability and performs superiorly in an environment subject to shock and vibration. To meet a growing demand for backplane connectors to perform at higher operating temperatures, Amphenol FCI also offers industrial backplane connectors that perform at +175°C and are compliant to smoke and fire standard EN45545.

Designed in accordance to IEC 61076-4-101, the Millipacs® series 2mm hard metric connectors are available in Backplane, Mezzanine, Coplanar and Input Output architectures and with options for guiding, coding, rear plug up mating and dust covers.

Also offered are 2.54mm pitch backplane connectors that meet DIN 41612 and IEC 603-2 specifications. Engineered with high temperature compatibility, these rugged backplane connectors are designed to be used in harsh environments and feature both board-to-board and IO capabilities.
